MCE Technologies Announces Mac Blu-ray Burner

MCE Technologies has announced the availability of its new Blu-ray Internal Recordable Drive for Apple Mac Pro and Power Mac G5. Blue Skies Cinema Presents "Cinematic Shooting & Editing," 2-Day Hands-On Workshop in their Southern California Studio

Jeff and Andee Wright of Blue Skies Cinema, 2006 EventDV 25 honorees and winners of numerous international awards, have announced a two-day hands-on seminar, "Cinematic Shooting & Editing," to be held at their Corona, California studio. While the first of three workshops, scheduled for March 20-21, is sold out, three spots remain for the March 27-28 workshop, and registration is now open for the third workshop, scheduled for May 8-9.

Winners of 10 WEVA CEAs (including 3 Golds) in the last 5 years and seven 2006 4EVER Group AAAs (including Diamond Awards in the Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony, Reception, and Love Story categories), the Wrights are popular speakers at the WEVA and 4EVER Group annual conferences acclaimed for their cinematic wedding productions. The workshops, which are limited to 9 attendees for each session, will cover on-location shooting at California beaches and parks, editing, and hands-on shooting techniques such as shot composition, reveals, simulated crane shots, floating-camera effects, and possibly even the underwater shots that have also come to distinguish Blue Skies' work. Celeste Studios Releases Hindu Weddings Vol. I: The Videographers Guide
